Observation quiz

This is a series of pictures taken on an overcast day in October 2003 in and around Newbury.  They were taken from the passenger seat during a drive around one of the routes we use on observed runs.

Each picture is 'tagged' with one or more hotspots that will identify a hazard or observation link when you rest your mouse on top of them.  Note that this works with MS Internet Explorer, but may not work with other browsers (e.g. Opera or Netscape).

The picture below will help you check to make sure that it works on your computer.  Rest your mouse pointer in one of the highlighted areas.  You should get a small text box with a description within a couple of seconds.

Houses with driveways down the left of the road. Watch out for emerging vehicles. This pattern of street lights means that there is probably a roundabout ahead.

When you are ready to proceed, click here to go to the first picture in the series of five.
